Hand knitted Cracklebox in waxed wood.
Old-fashioned design, in the spirit of the original model by Michel Waisvisz.
It is an endearing experimental instrument that is played by searching with your fingers for different unpredictable combinations in order to make it beep, rumble, buzz, squeak, chirp, sometimes nothing, sometimes a lot.
Controls: Seven contact pads. Voluntarily, NO line output. 9V battery operation. No volume button but a battery wear simulation control (starve) upstream which plays - a little - on the volume and on the sensitivity or general behavior.
Dimensions in cm: 10 x 14 x 4.
Price for one, obviously.
