History - The above amplifier was one of the first custom made Hiwatt CP103 amplifiers , owned , used by Pete Townshend from 1970

Serail No - The 71X serial Number is in the same run / batch as the Others that The Who / Pete Townshend owns that the matching serial Nos are  are documented online

Verification - The amplifier comes with the following written / email verification as follows

Hiwatt Amplification - They confirm that the amplifier was one of several that was custom produced for Pete Townshend / The Who Circa 1970 and is verified by the serial archival serial no log

Note - Classic vintage amplifier that was used by two of the worlds most influential british guitar icons

Amplifier comes with a Certificate of Authenticity from the former owner and also from Hiwatt.
