Nectite Machine Screws and Threaded Inserts for Bolt-On Necks Stainless Steel

Wood screws strip. Threaded inserts don't.

This kit replaces the four stock neck screws on your bolt-on guitar with a metal-to-metal system: stainless steel machine screws thread into steel inserts that are permanently seated in the neck heel. The connection stays tight through 10 gigs, 10 neck resets, and 10 years of humidity swings.

• 4 x M4 stainless steel machine screws - 45 mm

Will it fit your guitar?

Measure your current neck screws. This kit fits if:

• Screw diameter is 4 mm (M4)
• Body depth at the neck pocket is around 28 mm

If your screws are 5 mm, or your body is shallower (around 24 mm - common on basses), you need a different size. All variants are at nectite.de.

You will need a drill and a 6.5 mm bit. Everything else is included. Installation takes about 20 minutes.
