shine guitars are well made and manufactured at the saein factory Korea same as epiphones and other leading brands.
The Saein Musical Instrument Co. Ltd. based in Korea has been cited for quality instruments and workmanship.
the guitar is finished in what i would call olympic white with cream double edge binding to the body also edge binding to the fret board and headstock.
all the hardwear inc controlls,pickups,bigsby Tremelo system and grover tuners are finished gold lacquer.all of which is in good condition with no tarnishing.
the neck is slim and smooth to play.frets have plenty of life left and show very minimal sign of wear.ie- no deep string grooves.
all controls work as should and consist of- 1 x vol 2 x tone 1 x master vol 1 x three way pickup selector.the patent bigsby trem is smooth with no issues.
recent slinky 10-46 strings fitted. string height ie-action is good and easy throughout the neck not mega low but then this is predominantly a jazz style guitar.
condition- overall i would rate as good with some very light paint swirls in places from being played.there is a paint nick and small area of paint craze by jack socket which is not that noticeable.and a thin line of light paint craze by neck joint which is common with this and many other types of guitar and is cosmetic and not structural
