The TL Audio EQ3011 is a dual-channel, 4-band solid-state rackmount equalizer from the British-made Crimson Series. It functions much like a classic mixing console channel strip EQ, offering clean, transparent audio shaping rather than heavy tube colouration.

• • Low Shelf: Switchable frequencies at 80Hz or 120Hz (± 12dB).
  • Low-Mid Sweep: Sweepable midrange control.
  • High-Mid Sweep: Sweepable midrange control.
  • High Shelf: Switchable frequencies at 8kHz or 12kHz (± 12dB). 
• Input Options: Features balanced XLR connections, unbalanced jacks, and a front-panel high-impedance instrument input (useful for passive guitars, basses, or direct inputs).
• Gain & Overload Handling: Includes input gain control and a peak LED indicator; pushing the output stage hard can introduce a slight, warm solid-state overdrive. 

Sound Character

• Transparent / Hi-Fi: The Crimson Series relies on clean, low-noise solid-state circuitry. 
• Broad Strokes: It delivers a weighty low end and subtle, musical tone-shaping rather than surgical or overly dramatic colour.

This item works fine and, despite surface scratches, still looks great when installed in a rack. Power lead included.
