Flight 4 String Boy Signature Ukulele - Tenor

The Flight 4SB Sammy Turton Signature Tenor Ukulele pairs an all-solid tonewood construction with distinct custom appointments designed alongside content creator and ukulele virtuoso Sammy Turton ("4StringBoy").

Combining a solid spruce soundboard with solid rosewood back and sides, it delivers a clear, articulate acoustic voice with deep lower-end resonance and exceptional projection.

Built for serious players who demand uncompromised acoustic response and smooth upper-fret access, this signature tenor instrument stands out as a sophisticated workhorse for recording, writing, and live acoustic performance.

All-Solid Spruce and Rosewood Tonewood Construction

At the core of the 4SB's acoustic character is its premium solid soundboard. The solid spruce top produces outstanding clarity, immediate attack, and wide dynamic headroom, while the solid rosewood back and sides add rich bass response, scooped mids, and long-sustaining trebles. As an all-solid instrument, the woods will continuously mature over time, unlocking deeper resonance and harmonic complexity the more the instrument is played.

Signature Bevel Cutaway and Spalted Maple Appointments

Designed to facilitate easy access to the highest frets without compromising internal body volume, the instrument features a flat bevel cutaway finished in spalted maple. This striking decorative theme carries over to the asymmetric soundhole rosette and body bindings, offering an elegant aesthetic contrast. A pin-style rosewood bridge holds string tension firmly, pairing with a compensated bone saddle and genuine bone nut for precise intonation and maximum string energy transfer.

African Mahogany Neck and Rosewood Fingerboard

Crafted from African mahogany, the neck offers reliable structural stability and a comfortable, ergonomic profile. Capped with a smooth rosewood fingerboard, it features 19 semi-hemi dressed frets joined at the 14th fret, eliminating sharp fret edges for effortless shifting up and down the scale. A generous 38 mm nut width provides comfortable string spacing, while custom spalted maple fretboard markers positioned along the 5th, 7th, 10th, 12th, 15th, and 17th frets provide intuitive visual references across the fingerboard.

Premium Strings and Included Deluxe Gig Bag

The ukulele comes factory-strung with high-quality Worth Brown fluorocarbon strings, chosen specifically to enhance the instrument's natural warmth, projection, and sustain straight out of the box. Open-gear tuning machines deliver accurate, dependable pitch adjustments for consistent performance.

Every Flight 4SB Signature Tenor includes a deluxe padded gig bag to keep the instrument fully protected during transport and storage.
