Pre-Owned Rare Hohner Double Ray Melodeon With Case - B/C Tuning

This pre-owned Hohner Double Ray Black Dot melodeon in B/C tuning is rare in the purple pearloid and dates from the 1950s-1960s. It is in good condition for it's age with only a small bit of wear on the back beside the thumb strap and on the side edge where the hand has gone round to the treble buttons. The leather shoulder straps, bass strap, bellows straps and thumb strap are all in good condition.

The melodeon plays well and there are no air leaks from the bellows. It may, however, benefit from being tuned. Supplied with the melodeon is a strong wooden case. It is in good condition although there is some scuffing to the wood. Although the hinges, clasps etc could do with a polish they are in good working order as is the handle of the case.
