The DigiTech SDRUM Strummable Drums is an intelligent drum machine designed specifically for guitarists and bassists.

Its BeatScratch technology lets you create kick and snare patterns by scratching rhythms across muted guitar or bass strings, with the SDRUM automatically building a full drum groove around your idea.

With storage for 36 songs, three parts per song, five drum kits and multiple groove variations, it is a powerful tool for practice, songwriting, rehearsal and solo performance.

This pre-owned example is presented in Good Condition, showing visible cosmetic signs of previous use while remaining fully functional.

BeatScratch Technology

Instead of scrolling through preset beats, the SDRUM lets you teach it the rhythm you want.

Scratch kick and snare patterns across muted strings and the pedal builds a complete drum part around them.

Dedicated Kick and Snare pads also allow manual pattern entry.

Verse, Chorus & Bridge

Each stored song can include:

• Verse

• Chorus

• Bridge

Each part also offers multiple intensity levels, helping create more natural song arrangements.

Five Drum Kits

The SDRUM provides five different drum kits alongside groove, embellishment and feel options.

This gives enough variety to cover a wide range of musical styles without making operation complicated.

Flexible Connectivity

Connections include:

• Guitar input

• Dedicated amp output

• Stereo mixer outputs

• JamSync output

• FS3X external footswitch input

• Mini-USB

JamSync allows the SDRUM to synchronise with compatible DigiTech JamMan loopers.

Fair Deal Music Verdict

The DigiTech SDRUM is a clever alternative to a conventional drum machine.

Its BeatScratch technology makes creating grooves quick and intuitive, while the 36-song memory and separate Verse, Chorus and Bridge sections give it enough depth for songwriting and live use.

Presented in Good Condition and supplied without a power supply or FS3X footswitch, this is a strong pre-owned option for players who want fast, musical drum accompaniment without traditional beat programming.
