20" GM Designs Prototype/Future Series Cymbal - Dark, Dry and Primitive!

This 20" cymbal is an early prototype for an upcoming series and features a completely raw finish. Thick enough to ride yet thin enough to crash, it offers a wide range of musical possibilities with a dark response and hot, dry stick definition. It excels at fast accents, expressive crash/ride playing, and delivers plenty of raw, primitive power.

For an entirely different voice, the cymbal can also be suspended from its two holes and struck with a gong mallet, producing an amazing earthy, fiery roar with deep, organic character.

These prototypes offer a rare first chance to experience the sound, feel, and personality of the series before its official launch. Each one is limited, unique, and may never be made exactly the same way again—so if one speaks to you, grab it before it’s gone! Explore more at gmdcymbals.com
