A versatile, performance-oriented model from PRS, made in the USA, that combines a simple design with a wealth of expressive capabilities.
The Paul Reed Smith (PRS) S2 Standard 24 is the flagship model of the S2 series?a line that, while made in the U.S., offers an excellent balance of practicality and value.
Featuring an all-mahogany body and neck, it delivers warm midrange tones and a natural sound, while the flat-top construction provides a direct response that faithfully translates the playerfs touch into sound.
The 25-inch scale and 24-fret configuration provide a comfortable string action and excellent playability.
Equipped with two #7 humbuckers, the combination of a 3-way selector switch and push/pull tone knobs for coil tapping allows for a wide range of sounds, from a thick, powerful humbucker tone to a crisp, single-coil-like tone.

There is paint chipping at the top of the headstock and the lower corners of the body back, and there are several dents accompanied by indentations at the very bottom of the body back.
There is a paint scratch in the center of the back of the body, and a small dent accompanied by paint cracking at the bottom of the top of the body.
The tremolo arm is missing, and the parts show signs of tarnish and fine rust.
There are also general scuffs and small dents throughout the guitar.
