Old-school Akai MPD26 MIDI pad controller, no box or power supply (takes a standard 6V 1A wall wart). As you can see from the photos it's missing a few of the black tops of the knobs: it's actually been like that since I got it but I never bothered to get spare parts because it all works fine.
