We Pedals-Plus mainly sells second-hand (used) effect pedals for guitars and basses from Tokyo JAPAN to all over the world.
I'm sure you're worried about whether a used effect pedal is okay, whether there are any points you need to be careful of, and whether there are any disadvantages to it once it's in the hands of someone else, but all products sold by Pedal-Plus are maintained by professional engineers. It is sold after checking its operation and cleaning it.
Although this product is a used product, there may be some products that have some damage to the exterior of the main unit or have been repaired, but we guarantee that they will function as an effector.
Shipping Policy
We offer expedited deliver option faster than FREE standard shipping. if you are interested in, please contact us before/after purchasing items.
The buyer has responsible for Tax, import duties (tariff, VAT, additional fees related to shipping and customs clearance). Please contact the appropriate customs office or other relevant authority in your assigned area for any issues.
Returns will only be accepted if the item is different from the description, damaged, or defective. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product. Please keep the product packaging, instructions, and other accessories without discarding them.
If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, an undeliverable location, or unpaid value-added tax, import duties, we will charge you the following costs: Original shipping fee, Return shipping fee, Restocking fee (15% of the item's price)
If the shipment is disposed by the shipping carrier for the same reasons, we will charge the full order amount and no refund will be issued.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
