Warwick in some ways is borne of the German legacy of Framus guitars; its founder, Hans Peter Wilfer, is the son of the man who founded Framus. Warwick has specialized in basses and amplifiers since 1982, and its designs, such as the Thumb Bass, Rockbass Corvette and Streamer, are instantly recognizable. Warwick basses are known for their rounded curves, often natural finishes and high level of craftsmanship. A used Warwick can be a great alternative to a Precision or Jazz Bass.
