Zvex's flagship Fuzz Factory just got an upgrade with the Zvex Fat Fuzz Factory. Using the original Fuzz Factory's design but adding a sub switch, the Fat Fuzz Factory opens up your fuzz to give you a killer, thundering bottom end. The Fat Fuzz Factory lends itself particularly well to use with a bass, though it shreds with equal power when used with a guitar.

I modded this with a germ in Q1 which tones the pedal down a little bit and makes it clean up even better. The lows switch is critical so much that this feature makes a regular fuzz factory less functional.

  • Thicc Fuzz

Great pedal and an absolute monster to tame. This thing will make you work to dial it in and find a tone, it will even scream, screech, and shriek at you, but when you find that sound it is so good. I'm currently using this for Jack White tones in gigs, it's doing a wonderful job.

  • Muse in a pedal!

This pedal is a glorious machine of sonic insanity! Great fuzz tone -- brighter and a bit crunchier than my Big Muff, but it's the oscillation effect that really makes it unique.
