Up for sale is a beautiful, vintage Yamaha DX100 programmable FM synthesizer in excellent aesthetic and fully functional condition. This is a legendary 1985 portable synth, highly sought after for its iconic electronic music patches (including the famous "Solid Bass" preset) and its popularity with talkbox players.I inherited this instrument and, as I am not a keyboard player, I am looking to pass it on to a musician or collector who will truly appreciate it. Condition Details:Face Panel & Keys: The control panel, buttons, sliders, screen, and all 49 mini-keys are exceptionally clean, bright, and free of wear.Chassis: The casing is structurally perfect. There are only very minor, light cosmetic surface scratches on the back/underside from gentle historic use (see last photo), which do not affect performance.Battery Compartment: The original plastic battery cover on the underside is fully intact and present.Case: Includes the heavy-duty, plush-lined hardshell flight case shown in the photos. The case provides maximum protection for storage or transit and is in great working order.Shipping & Collection:The synthesizer will be securely packaged inside its hardshell case and shipped via a tracked, insured courier service within the UK.
