Dubbed the Ice 9 after a song off of Joe Satriani's "Surfing with the Alien," the Vox Ice 9 Overdrive is another great collaboration between Satriani and Vox. Simple to use with warm, germanium diode tones, you can use the Ice 9 to dial in vintage sounds or something a bit more aggressive. If you really want a roaring drive, hit the "More" button to kick the gain up another 14dB.
