About this listing
Selling this lovely Vintage Urei 1176 Rev H compressor SN 10183. This revision was the last one from the original Universal Audio era. This revision also shares the same circuit design of Rev G, which uses a black face plate. This 1176 is in great shape. Faceplate, housing, circuit board, and VU meter are in great shape. Everything is very clean. This unit was professionally serviced. All components were tested and several electrolytic capacitors replaced. Calibration was done and potentiometers were cleaned. New VU meter bulbs installed. This 1176 works great and is not scratchy, noisy, or anything “non desirable”. This unit comes with a nice XLR adaptor with Neutrik connectors, which replaces the pig tails. Just plug and play and get that nice analog compressor sound. Its ready for a few more decades of great sounding records!I can ship worldwide. Pick up in Nashville available.
