This left-handed model from the Academy Series was conceived and developed by Taylor Guitars Master Builder Andy Powers as gthe ideal guitar for beginners to keep playing without giving up.h The top is made of Sitka spruce, and the sides and back are layered sapele. Featuring a Grand Concert shape with a slightly thinner body and a somewhat more compact profile, this non-cutaway model features a solid Sitka spruce top, layered sapele sides and back, and an armrest on the body. The neck, with a nut width of just under 43 mm, also contributes to a comfortable playing experience. The top of the body has developed a bulge, and there is peeling visible on the bridge. The instrument will be delivered as-is. There is some scuffing and discoloration near the lower right side of the body, and the metal hardware shows some tarnish. There are other minor scuffs and dull spots, but overall, the condition is good.
