These early MIJ instruments have developed a strong following among players and collectors for their build quality, vintage Fender character, and place in the history of Fender's Japanese production.This is the Bullet S-3T, featuring three single-coil pickups, tremolo bridge, maple neck and fingerboard, black pickguard, and the distinctive early-'80s Bullet design.Lace Sensor Upgrade — Original Pickup IncludedThe factory bridge pickup has been replaced with a Lace Sensor single-coil pickup. Lace Sensors are known for delivering clear single-coil response while reducing the noise and hum traditionally associated with conventional single coils.The modification is reversible: the factory-original Squier bridge pickup is included with the guitar, allowing the next owner to restore the guitar to its original pickup configuration if desired.The original tremolo/whammy bar is also included.
