Hello, for sale is a Spaceman Effects Sputnik I in the "red and black" color variant. This is number 26 of 35 produced. It is one of the company's legendary early pedals, now hard to find.The pedal has a factory-installed optional buffer, which allows it to play better with other effects in one's chain. Since the buffer occupies the battery area, the pedal must be powered externally. Inside it has been signed by Spaceman's co-founder and designer Zak Martin, whom I believe is no longer with Spaceman.Regarding condition, I only used the pedal at home, and sparingly. I stuck 3M bumper dots to the bottom to prevent micro-scratches. (It came with black adhesive dots, shown in one of the photos, but I retained these in unused condition; they are included in the sale.) I'll leave the dots on but please know that they can easily be removed, without damage or mess. Everything functions perfectly and I can see no dings or scratches. Although it pedal could reasonably be described as "mint," since it was made about 10 years ago, and since you may find some fingerprints or dust on it, let's say it's in "excellent" condition.For buyers from overseas, Reverb makes me specify a shipping cost, though actual shipping costs surely differ by location. I put $55, but this is an estimate. If actual costs are lower, I will refund you the difference.I packed the pedal securely in a cardboard box, with ample padding.
