The Soundelux E47 is a large diaphragm tube condenser microphone built by David Bock (Bock Audio), inspired by the classic Neumann U 47. It uses an MBHO capsule and a subminiature tube to replace the rare and expensive VF14M tube.

The microphone shipped with the rear diaphragm inactive. The user can activate variable polar pattern control by opening the microphone and hitting a switch on the internal circuit board.

Not to be confused with the E47C, a fixed-cardioid version.
