The Solid State Logic X-Desk is a compact 16-channel line mixer with SSL's SuperAnalogue line amp and summing circuitry as used in the Matrix, AWS and Duality consoles. 8 main line inputs with +/-20dB input trim and full-throw 100mm faders are augmented by switchable alternate inputs and inserts per channel. A stereo cue bus and two mono auxiliary buses are used for headphone mixes, external effects, and general additional outputs.

The center section is small, but effective, with two stereo returns, two switchable loudspeaker/monitor outputs, talkback and dim, a master stereo insert, and an "iJack" for easy connection of a smartphone/tablet/consumer device.
