This is the legendary and infamous Dave Smith Instruments (Sequential) 6-voice Tempest synthesizer / performance drum machine (S/N 5030), purchased used (Excellent condition) in 2020 from Sam Ash Music in Miami. It has been used only in a non-smoking home studio. Includes: DigitalDeckCovers black keyboard cover, power adapter, Tempest manual with supplements, and the (now out-of-print) Tempest Knob Kit, which upgrades the factory knobs to Prophet 12-style knobs. Also includes custom hardwood side panels, with the original DSI sides included. The custom sides are far more attractive than the stock DSI wood, which appears reddish under LEDs. It’s running the latest and final firmware.
