Schecter C-1 SLS Hollywood in Supernova
The C-1 SLS Hollywood delivers an exceptionally comfortable playing experience with its neck-through construction and ultra-thin "C" profile, making it equally at home during extended studio sessions or live performance. The Supernova flip-flop finish creates a striking visual presence that shifts between contrasting colors depending on viewing angle. This is a modern high-output instrument built for players seeking versatile electronic control and refined tonal shaping in a sleek, ergonomic package.
Playability & Feel
The neck-through design with carbon fiber reinforcement rods provides exceptional stability and sustain while the 7-ply maple/walnut/padauk construction keeps weight minimal. Neck dimensions of 19mm at the 1st fret and 20mm at the 12th fret support fast, precise playing, while the ebony fretboard with 24 X-Jumbo stainless steel frets and 12-16" compound radius accommodates both bending and low-action setups without choking higher up the neck.
Tone & Electronics
The Fishman Fluence Open Core Modern pickups (ceramic bridge, alnico neck) respond dynamically across the frequency spectrum, with bridge output designed for aggression and the neck voiced for clarity and articulation. Master volume includes a push/pull control for Fluence voice switching, while the master tone knob features Fishman reactive tone shaping and a push/pull phase inverter, giving you extensive tonal options without additional footswitches or external gear.
