Non-smoker owned and studio used Roland SVC-350 vocoder with footswitch (toggles ensemble effect on and off). Works and sounds great. I purchased this unit in Japan, so it is a 100v 50/60hz unit and I am including a step down transformer. I've always run it in the states on the step down transformer.The song Cowboy and the Vocoder was recorded using this unit as well as a cover of Behind the Mask.
