The Native Instruments Traktor Kontrol S2 is a compact DJ controller and audio interface purpose built for Traktor Pro 2. It has been supplanted by the release of the the Traktor Kontrol S5 and S8, but those seeking a more traditional layout with jog wheels for playback and tempo control may still prefer this generation of the interface. It offers a two deck mixer layout with knobs and RGB-lit pads for accessing Traktor's macro effects and Remix Decks, in addition to a 24 bit audio interface. For an affordable plug-and-play option for performing with Traktor, the S2 is an excellent option.
