Overview

Pairing an elegantly simple two-knob interface of fuzz and volume along with one of the smallest pedal enclosures available on the market, the Mooer Blue Faze Fuzz Pedal transports your rig to '60s fuzz nirvana. Designed to emulate the tones of vintage silicon-based circuitry for marked yet nuanced tone, this little box of nostalgia sends your guitar swimming in smooth, psychedelic bliss. Perfect as an auxiliary contrast to your standing fuzz, the Blue Faze is also a perfect sidekick to your onboard boost or overdrive.

  • Great vintage sound with a small footprint!

    Great pedal

Love the size of it and the sounds are killer.

The small form factor is perfect for an overcrowded pedal board. The sound is very much classic fuzz face, warts and all. If you're willing to put some time in this can be a very rewarding pedal. Had some issues with my wah at first (should have known better) but it's better now with a buffered bypass pedal between them. Also, the price literally couldn't be beat.

  • Not very good

Build quality seems fine. Sound is too gated and not enough output.

  • Close Enough

Not quite what I was looking for (I think I wish I had gotten the germanium option or the Outlaw fuzz). But it doesn't sound bad, and honestly only $45 for a box as small as this one, I really can't complain. Rarely do I kick it on, but when I do it comes close enough to what I want that I'm happy.
