2007 Martin DM12 12-string dreadnought. Made in USA. Solid spruce top and laminated mahogany back and sides. A family member bought this guitar new in 2007 and played it lightly only at home, and it hasn't been played since 2009. Minor cosmetic play wear (see photos # 11-12). No structural issues at all. Has new D'Addario EJ39 phosphor bronze strings. Original Martin case.
