Overview
The Marshall 1959HW is an all-tube, handwired exacting recreation of the famed Super Lead 100 "Plexi" guitar amp head, a famed design that brought that Marshall sound to center stage in the late-1960s. Loud enough to peel the paint off the walls, but incredibly sensitive and harmonically rich, the 1959HW absolutely nails this iconic sound and is a joy to crank up. Handwired on tag-boards with premium Dagnall reproductions of later Plexi transformers, the 1959HW's old-world construction translates to a full-stack sound that'll send you straight back in time.
