Overview

Based off of its '80s rackmounted predecessor, the new Korg SDD-3000 has the same triple delay function squeezed into a programmable pedal. Convenience is key with the SDD-3000; all of the functionality of the original rackmount, such as a pre-amp, a filter circuit, a diverse variety of delays, are packed into this pedal along with some modern appointments. Up to 4000 ms of delay time, a selection of 8 delay times, MIDI compatibility, and more bring the Korg SDD-3000 into the modern era.

  • Feels like the original

I finally own a Korg SDD-3000. The rack version was the first delay unit that I mastered in the 90's and this is a great re-issue in pedal form. It has even more modes that the original (reverse, analog, etc.) but the knobs, filters and input level switches feel and sound the same. Amazing.

  • Not just for Edge sounds

I bought this for the classic SDD-3000 sounds, which are awesome, but the other delay models are killer too. They all sound as good or better than any others I've tried, and that's a lot! The tape and analog models are particularly good. It's very easy to use and seems to be built very well.

  • So good.. This is my 2ND one. I'm sure I'm not even scratching the surface of all it can do, but this is the delay sound that so many have copied.

  • A lot of features

Beautiful sounding delays. Input volume control knob allows for matching different guitars' volumes to get the best S/N ratio and minimize digitization artifacts. I was looking for a delay pedal for quite awhile and was just about to pull the trigger on the Eventide Timefactor, then I saw and heard demo's from this unit. I do like the fact that Eventide has the ability to interface via USB and load and change presets via the app but I already have the Space a…
