  • Its cool but

Its cool but its not as big and lush and full as a Moog. Polyphonic made it exciting but that was really all it had going for itself. Just listen to it for yourself then listen to a Moog Grandmother. The difference will have you not caring about the poly versus mono thing anymore.

  • Great starter synth

    Verified Purchase

I don't have much experience with synthesizers, (this is my very first one) but the Minilogue still feels like it's worth every penny. There's enough controls on it to give you plenty of options and craft plenty of tones, but there's not so many that you get completely lost, and have no idea what to…

  • It sparkles!

    Verified Purchase

The only problem with this synth that even remotely bothers me is the audible click you sometimes get when using the triangle wave. Nick Batt points this out in his SonicLAB video. Yet even Doepfer eurorack modules have this issue. That aside, this is the first serious hardware synthesizer I've acq…

  • Fav instrument right now (haters gonna hate)

    Verified Purchase

People who camplain about this synth are the same type of people who, in the early 1800's, would have complained that a violin squeeks when you start playing it. Listen, an instrument can not be all things to all people. Watch youtube and see if this can do the thing you are looking for. Or just ta…

  • Powerful analog sound engine

    Verified Purchase

Great little synth with real analog sounds and amazing flexibility with the sequencer. It’s not a moog but that’s okay. It has its own sounds. Unique and modern. It’s a great addition to even the pro setup.
