These were chosen specifically as a direct drop-in replacement, utilizing the factory screw holes so the headstock remains completely original with no extra holes drilled. • Ergonomics:The front strap button has been professionally relocated to the neck heel. This completely eliminates the notorious Hofner "neck dive" issue, allowing the bass to balance beautifully against your body while playing standing up.
