I purchased a Guild 12 string in 1975 and I still own it today. That is how it is when you own a Guild, you keep them forever. Check out my feedback to see why so many people buy at my shop!About this guitar:Weight: 4.2 poundsThis guitar came directly from Guild to my supplier, it has never been sold retail. It was examined by a team of factory technicians and they did not find any issues, the neck is straight, no buzz, and the body is solid. When we polished the guitar we found a couple of tiny, light scratches on the back. They are too light to show in a picture, unless you are holding the guitar with the light shining directly on it you cannot see them. That is the only reason I did not list this guitar as mint.Per agreement with Guild because this guitar was not distributed through their dealer network there is a tiny used stamp on the back of the headstock.Here is what Guild says about the D-140CE:The full-bodied and powerful tone of this Guild dreadnought provides guitarists with a classic acoustic sound and balanced voicing.
