GRETSCH GB4163S BROOKLYN 13X7 CHROME OVER STEEL SNARE DRUM - FLOOR MODEL
The Gretsch Brooklyn GB4163S is a 13x7 snare drum built on a rolled 2mm Chrome Over Steel shell with a knurled center pattern and chrome hardware. Gretsch 302 3mm double-flanged steel hoops, a Lightning throw-off, butt plate, and 20-strand snare wires complete the drum. It suits drummers who want a deep metal snare for live and studio kit work.
Gretsch describes the Chrome Over Steel line as bright and powerful, with strong attack and dynamics that hold up on a rimshot or in the center of the head. The 13x7 size gives you crisp projection in a dense mix and a lower-tuned bark when you drop the batter. This one is a floor model from our showroom. It was never sold or played in performance, so it stays like new with minor showroom handling and full mechanical and cosmetic function.
