This has the super rare VOS finish that looks and feels like a truly vintage Les Paul. Tarnished hardware, not ultra gloss— more of a semi gloss. This guitar is not fake reliced, the finish is just applied much more similarly to how they applied them back in the day. This guitar has the most beautiful top on any Les Paul that I’ve seen. It doesn’t look like one of those fake photo flame or super exotic flame tops. It’s nothing short of tasteful. Vertical grain as well as a deep flame for sure.The pickups are unpotted MHS pickups. Pole pieces have been professionally adjusted and these pickups sound absolutely nothing short of the iconic bursts from the late 50s. This specific Les Paul is one that I never got I’d get rid of. It has a perfect neck— not too slim and not too fat. I’ve had this ES les Paul up against other Es Les Pauls and they didn’t even come close to this one. This one is special.
