About this listing
Apparently, somebody at Gibson decided the ES-330 needed a little more attitude. So they gave it a dark Walnut Satin finish, a Bigsby, and a fully hollow body that weighs just 6.9 pounds. The result? A guitar that looks like it knows the bartender by name, has a standing reservation at the blues club, and hasn't paid for a drink since 1968.And unlike some of us, this one actually gets better looking with a little age!SpecsModel: 2018 Gibson Memphis ES-330Finish: Walnut, SatinBody: Fully Hollow Laminated Maple ConstructionBody Style: Double-Cutaway ES-330 With Dual F-HolesNeck: Mahogany, Set-Neck ConstructionNeck Profile: Rounded C, .835" 1st Fret / .979" 12th FretFingerboard: RosewoodFingerboard Inlays: Pearloid Dot InlaysFingerboard Binding: BlackPickups: Gibson Burstbucker 1 & 2 Alnico Humbuckers (Neck & Bridge)Controls: 2 Volume, 2 Tone, 3-Way Toggle SwitchBridge: Tune-O-MaticTailpiece: Bigsby VibratoTuners: Grover RotomaticsHardware: NickelKnobs: Black Reflector KnobsPickguard: NoneWeight: 6.9 LBSSerial #: 11708736Condition & What's IncludedThis beautiful Gibson was born on December 27th, 2018, according to the original Gibson factory paperwork, and is in Very Good Condition with honest player wear throughout. The Walnut Satin finish has developed polished areas from handling and playing, along with scattered light nicks, scratches, and small finish marks. All of this is visible in our detailed photographs.Frankly, this guitar looks like it has spent more time making music than posing for a furniture catalog. And that's exactly the sort of personality that suits a dark, fully hollow Gibson with a Bigsby!Includes the original Gibson hardshell case, Certificate of Authenticity, factory paperwork, and pictured case candy. Now, here's the beautiful part: unlike its semi-hollow ES-335 cousin, this ES-330 is fully hollow. No center block. Just that lively, resonant construction that makes these guitars so much fun to play.Add a Bigsby for a little shimmer, the set of Burstbuckers for some muscle, and a comfortable neck that measures .835" at the first fret, and you've got yourself a seriously cool Gibson. At just 6.9 pounds, it's also considerably easier on the shoulders than that ten-pound Les Paul you've been pretending doesn't bother you. This one's got the looks, the attitude, and the Bigsby. All you need to bring is the talent. And if you're a little short on that last part, don't worry. The guitar is handsome enough to distract the audience.Whoever brings this baby home is going to be STOKED!!LET'S GO!!WHILE YOU ARE HERE, GO AHEAD AND LOOK AT MY OTHER LISTINGS!!Me- I have a 100% positive feedback rating, and intend to keep it that way!
