This is a Gibson Custom Shop 60th Anniversary SG Custom Solid Hit Edition finished in Polaris White with gold hardware and sideways vibrola. It’s an absolutely classic SG Custom combination, and the Polaris White has exactly the kind of look you want on one of these.More importantly, this is a genuine Solid Hit Edition and comes with all of its paperwork, including a copy of the original Gibson Solid Hit advertisement. When you’re talking about a limited Custom Shop release, having the documentation and promotional material with the guitar makes a difference.Excellent ConditionThis guitar has been played and shows very little wear from use and age. Please examine the photos closely, as we make every effort to accurately represent our guitars rather than oversell their condition.The gold hardware shows the type of wear you would expect, and the top insert from one reflector knob is missing. We wanted to specifically point that out so there are no surprises when it arrives.Overall, it presents extremely well and has the look of a great SG Custom that has actually been played rather than spending its entire life tucked away.THE IMPORTANT PARTSolid Hit Editions simply don’t surface very often. Finding another is one thing.
