Overview

The Focusrite Clarett 8Pre is a 1U interface packed with eight mic preamps, enough to get the whole band in one take in pristine 24bit/96kHz quality. With remarkable low-latency performance and extensive analog and digital I/O, the Focusrite Clarett range of Thunderbolt audio interfaces brings the sound of classic ISA mic preamps straight into your DAW. The switchable "Air Effect" for each mic preamp closely emulates the sound of transformer-coupled circuits to give a high frequency sheen and polish to your recordings right from the get-go, on the road or in the studio.
