1967 Stratocaster, Heavy Relic
This distinct 1967 Stratocaster wears a heavy relic, aged vintage white finish over a 2-piece alder body. The rift-sawn maple neck sports a vintage '66 strat style "C" profile, large headstock. It is finished with a 9.5”-radius, round-lam rosewood fingerboard with 21 narrow tall frets.
Enjoy unique tonal pairings with a careful combination of pickups. A Custom Shop 69 Strat pickup in the neck offers big low end while the Texas Special in the bridge offers crystalline highs. They are tied together with a reverse-wound, Fat 50s pickup in the middle. Vintage modified wiring #2 with five-way switching provides you with endless tonal possibilities.
Additional features include an 11-hole parchment pickguard, Custom Shop vintage-style synchronized tremolo, vintage-style tuning machines, bone nut, and single wing string tree. Also includes deluxe hardshell case, strap and certificate of authenticity.
