Very good condition 1964 Fender Black Panel Bassman 2-Channel 50-watt guitar amplifier with the matching 2x12 Fender Bassman cabinet. All original (outside of the 3-prong on the amplifier). This combo sounds incredible as has been recounted from the countless bands and musicians who have played these combos. All of the electronics (tubes, caps, transformers etc) are original and in excellent working condition. This amplifier has been recently gone through by an amp tech in Nashville, TN and is tested to be working as expected. The original speakers in the cabinet sound amazing as well, with a very pleasing low end that really fills a room. These Oxford grill cloth Bassman heads are very sought after for good reason, and this combo is ready for another 50+ years of studio or live settings. Sounds incredible fully mic’d up, and projects while when played with a full band. No scratchy knobs etc on the head. This combo is surprisingly light compared to some other combos on the market from this era, so that’s a plus. All switches on the amp head work as expected and sound good. Both handles are in good condition with no tearing. The tolex on the cabinet is in good to very good condition. Open to splitting the head and cabinet up, but would prefer a combo sale. Willing to ship or drive a reasonable distance. Always open to offers!
