Overview

When the classic Memory Man is too big and too expensive of an option, the Memory Boy comes through in the clutch. Built with the same all-analog delay and feedback as the Memory Man, the Memory Boy boasts 550ms of delay time, chorus and vibrato modulation rates and square or triangle modulation forms, and a more compact pedal for maximizing pedalboard space.

  • Takes time to learn but worth it.

I have had one of these for > a year for my Delay pedal. There are a lot of wild sounds in it so it takes some time to learn to keep it under control. It sounds best if you have lots of volume on the amp. Learn to use the Blend carefully. A lot of review complain about the range of adjustment …

  • A lovely, cheap delay

I've been using this on my board for nearly a year now and it won't be going anywhere else! It sounds great and the added ability to sweep with an expression pedal makes it ideal for experimentation!

  • A pedal to be explored

    Verified Purchase

With an expression pedal you can get weird and wild modulation too the most simplistic delay. There’s a lot too explore in this pedal.

  • Exactly as described

Not a professional, but I think this piece of kit is phenomenal. Takes a bit of tinkering to set it how you want it but once you get that done Its precisely what you pay for

  • Dissappointing

    Verified Purchase

I expected this to just be a combination chorus and delay. I discovered it also augments the guitar's signal into tones that don't fit any country, classic rock or older pop tones. This is for highly experimental music applications, i guess. There is a very small piece of tone that I would play in public. I was highly dissappointed.
