I had an OG big box holy grail and decided to try this out. I didn't realize how much high end I was missing out on due to the buffers in old box. This thing brought a lot of highs back in and still has that great Holy Grail hall sound that I love. The spring, plate, and reverb sound great too, but …

  • Reversible 'verb

Love the reverse mode, especially before a trem pedal. Very cool effect. The other standard modes go as deep as you'd want them to. Solid enclosure. Sounds great and have never had a problem with mine.

Have had two of these, both made scratchy, raspy distortion noises with clean tone and light touch.Apparently easy to "blow" something in these that renders them useless;it isn't supposed to be a bad distortion pedal.Avoid, don't get suckered in by "Reverse",these are not reliable at all.

  • My favorite reverb pedal

If you want a reverb pedal that sounds good, isn’t overly complicated to use, but also has a few options to the type of reverb - this is a great choice. It doesn’t have the Electro-Harmonix “flerb” setting, which is replaced by a reverse reverb. I wouldn’t say either are a go-to sound (for me), but I do find this models reverse reverb to be more to my taste.

Awesome sounding pedal, not gonna have a ton of frills but the options that are included sound amazing. My last reverb pedal tried to include as many options and sounds as possible, but they all sounded sub par. I am much happier with this pedal, as it does the options and sounds it includes phenomenally well. (The reverse is also great for getting a nice shoegaze sound.)
