  • Solid boss pedal

    I looked at a number of options from Boss and other companies to satisfy my need for an overdrive pedal, and the big selling point for this one was its ability to crossover between an overdrive and distortion. I would say that independent distortion or overdrive pedals sound a little better, but mine was 40 dollars and at that price I have nothing to complain about.

    This pedal doesn't get the credit that it deserves. I replaced my fuzz pedal with this. The fuzz/distortion is great. Good note definition and slick harmonics. Great bass that usually gets lost with most distortions. It also works well as an overdrive. If this pedal got stolen, I'd buy another one the next day. Billy Sig
