Overview
The original HM-2 Heavy Metal is a cult favorite, responsible for the extreme "chainsaw" guitar tone of classic Swedish death metal. But other players across metal and rock have made the pedal their own. The HM-2W is Boss' new Waza Craft version. It offers the standard settings of the original, along with new expanded features: including a reduced noise floor, 3dB more volume on tap, and other modern perks. Since HM-2s are still popular on the vintage pedal market, the HM-2W is a premium choice at a more affordable price.
