The Black Lion Audio Auteur MKII is a half-rack, 2-channel mic preamp with high speed transformerless input and transformer-coupled output. Each channel is equipped with polarity inversion, +48V phantom power, and a -10dB pad and the unit is powered with a Triad wall-wart power supply.

The MKII version debuted a new gain stage for higher overall gain with lower noise and distortion, and an extended frequency response.
