The unit powers on; however, it has a known issue affecting operation from the physical control surface.According to our audio technician, the mixer intermittently fails to locate the configuration files required for control through the onboard interface. As a result, the physical controls and interface are not currently usable as intended. The processing engine itself appears functional, as the mixer can still be accessed and controlled through a connected computer or iPad.
