Ishibashi Music Corporation is one of the largest and most respected Musical Instrument retail chain stores in Japan.
The company is highly regarded world wide as a reliable seller of top quality USED and VINTAGE instruments. Domestically the Ishibashi Music Corporation also handles a large amount of NEW inside of Japan. We have 11 stores around Japan including Tokyo, Yokohama, Nagoya, Osaka and Fukuoka. Not all of the items you purchase from us are in our shops in Tokyo where we do all of our international communications from. Please be patient while we do inter-company transfers on your items. The usual wait time for our shipping is 7 to 10 days worldwide.
We are open from Mondya to Saturday 11:00am until 6:00pm (Tokyo time zone) 6 days a week, closed on Sunday.
Shipping Policy
For international shipment we use EMS (Express Mail Service) provided by the International Postal Service if your choice of carrier is not specified.
EMS is safe, fast (approx. 7 to 10 days worldwide), economic and of course fully insured.
If you have a preferred choice of courier (which you have your own account for) and would like to use that courier, you may talk to one of our International Sales Agent directly. Please note that we do not ship our merchandises by vessels at sea, only by air.

During the Corona Virus when it is not lifted, whether shipment via EMS or DHL , any reason the item be returned back to us, the buyer need take the responsibility of the shipping fees, If buyer finished the payment and not accept this policy, please MUST BE contact us cancel the order BEFORE shipment, if buyer didn't contact us We consider the buyer agree to this clause and we will processing the order normally, we don't refund the full amount after shipment(after ship out refund is minus shipping fee partial refund).

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
We generally do not accept returns. All our items are individually checked before being shipped out. This check is done by a professional player and/or repair tech, and consists of a cosmetic check, and functionality/playability check. The only time we accept a return, is if there was a transport related damage.
If the item arrives damaged, please check for any damage to your package before signing for your shipment and if you find any, report it to the shipping company immediately. Please send a message to our staff within 24 hours and include pictures of the damaged item, and pictures of the box it came in even if the box doesn’t have any visual damages.
Do not discard any of the packaging, manuals, papers, parts or accessories the item has been supplied with, and in particular, please do not remove protective film from any of the instruments pickups, pickguards, control plates, etc.
A full refund of the purchase price (minus bank costs, PayPal fees, shipping costs, duty and tax) of the goods or exchange will be made once the goods are returned to us in the same condition as when they left our premises.
Return due to problems with the buyer's national customs or transport company, we accept refund(the item must been arrives to our place), we refund the amount of the order minus shipping costs, import taxes on return shipment and all fees.
Attention for the electric instruments voltage: The voltage in Japan is 100 V, it is different from most of other countries, buyer need confirm the voltage of your country and probably get locally an adaptor for converting the voltage before use it in your country. For this we don't take any responsible.
For any other reason, we are not able to accept returns and cancellations.
About ship to Australia:
from 1st Jan 2020, Australia post changed the shipping rules, Australia post won't carry big size package from now on(over 105cm size), we only ship to Australia by DHL, and we will additional charge the shipping fee of Australia guitar, bass and so on other big size orders.
About Corona Virus
Due to the current Corona virus emergency situation, EMS couldn't delivery to some countries at this moment, only DHL works, but DHL shipping fee is very expensive so this price we can't including shipping fee. Case by case we need charge the additional shipping fee from you.
