How to Navigate Your Listings Page as a Reverb Seller

As a Reverb seller, there are few pages in your account more important than the Listings page. You can accomplish quite a bit just from that page, so the better you can navigate and use it, the better you can manage your seller account.

Let's start by making sure that you know how to get to the Listings page within your own account. Hover your mouse over your account icon in the top right-hand corner of your screen until a menu drops down. From there, you'll click "Listings."

Once you have arrived on the listings page, it will default to showing you all of your current, live listings for your shop. But first, let’s look at all the different navigation options and useful buttons along the top.

• Listings: This is the page's default view. Here, you can see all of your shop's listings: currently live, draft, and sold.

• Offers: This view shows all of your current and completed offers.

• Orders: Brings you to your orders.

• Manage Inventory: This is where you can export your entire inventory. Exporting from here will give you all live, sold, and ended listings. This is also where you can upload new CSV imports, as well as where you will find our CSV template.

The search bar can be used for a few different functions, like to find single listings or brands not shown under your brand filters along the left. You can also use the search bar to search for a common word within the titles of several of your listings. For example, you may have a bunch of listings with "used" in the title, so searching the word "used" would bring up all of those listings with that word in their title.

Along the left-hand side of the page, there's a handy set of search filters you can use to view specific sets of listings and then apply a desired action in bulk. Some of these actions include applying bumps, adding to sales, and exporting bulk sets of listings. Below, we'll break down the filters and what they can do.

• Categories: This will allow you to isolate any category you currently carry.

• Status: Live, drafts, bumped, not bumped, suspended, ordered, and sold out are all options you can use to isolate specific sets of gear.

• Brands: Here, you'll find a list of any brand that your shop features 10 or more listings of.

• Price: Allows you to isolate gear within a specific price range. Let’s say you wanted to bump all new gear $50 and higher. You can set the minimum price at $50, and it will only display items $50 and up. Then you can utilize the bump button (described below) to bump those listings.

• Condition: Contains all of the conditions that are available on Reverb. Note that “mint” or “mint with inventory” will show up under “used” listings.

• Listing Age: Will allow you to isolate listings that are one, two, three, or six months old and older. This is specifically helpful for executing price drops. Click on the “6 months” filter, export those listings (export button explained below), and then use the CSV to adjust the price and re-import from your Manage Inventory page.

Now that you know how to pull up different sets of listings, you need to know what types of bulk actions you can do with them. We currently have three different buttons to utilize on the listings page. These all perform different helpful functions, in bulk. These buttons will execute the desired function for whatever listings you currently have pulled up.

• Bump: This allows to to apply Reverb Bumps to whatever listings you have pulled up. You can bump all of your listings at once, adjust the bid on all listings, or even get granular and apply or adjust bumps to specific sets of listings, depending on how you filter the listings.

• Sale: This button will create a drop-down menu and will display any sales you are currently able to add inventory to. Again, you can select which inventory to add to different sales by utilizing the search filters along the left.

• Export: Don’t want to see an export of every single listing you've ever created? This button is how you do it. This export button will send you an export of only the listings you have pulled up based on the search filters you have put into place.
