I inherited this amazing synth from my Dad who passed away a couple of years ago and whilst I'm very reluctant to sell it the wavetable sound isn't my fave and it is not getting used as it should, so I have taken the decision to move it on to a better home. My dad bought this new back in the 90's and it has been in a smoke free studio since (both his and mine) and is in very good condition given it's age. The only issue it had is the panel becoming sticky as Waldorf used this really weird textured paint that attracts dirt and fluff etc. After doing some research I decided to take it apart and clean the panel with mild soap and water. It has definitely improved it and it doesn't feel sticky any more and the fluff has gone but its not quite back to its original condition and some faint marking/discolouration can still be seen if looked at closely. The silkscreen (lettering) is still perfect though.Additionally to this there are some scratches/chips to the orange paint which i have tried to highlight in the pictures (4th, 5th and 6th) but let me know if there is anything specific you would like more info/pics on.The screen and knobs/buttons are pretty much mint.Technically it is working 100%, the encoders are all great, no skipping values.It comes with the original manual and PSU but unfortunately no original packaging. If you do want it posting I will package it up extremely well and sent tracked and insured, but I would prefer local pickup if possible. You are welcome to try it out before buying as well, just let me know.
