This isn't just a guitar; it's a statement piece, blending old-school inspiration with the pinnacle of modern playability and artistry. From the first strum, you'll feel the deep, warm resonance that only comes from a masterfully crafted instrument built with the finest materials available. It has a voice that is both powerful and nuanced, with a played-in personality right out of the case.Exquisite Tonewoods, Complex VoiceThe heart of the 914e's sound comes from its pairing of a torrefied Adirondack spruce top with solid Honduran rosewood back and sides. The Adirondack top, known for its high volume ceiling, gives you incredible headroom to dig in and play aggressively without losing clarity. The Honduran rosewood, a dense and harmonically rich wood, produces a beautifully textured voice with blooming overtones and a smooth, complex character. The 4-piece Simons wedge back configuration adds another layer of sophistication to its stunning visual and tonal profile.Revolutionary Playability and ResponseTaylor's innovation is on full display with the new Action Control Neck, which allows for quick and precise adjustments to string height for a perfectly tailored playing experience. Inside, the fanned V-Class bracing enhances the low-end resonance and midrange richness, delivering the volume, sustain, and intonation that Taylor is famous for. The neo-tropical mahogany neck with its standard carve profile feels instantly comfortable, while the West African Crelicam ebony fretboard provides a buttery-smooth playing surface. Every note rings true, and every chord is a new discovery.Stage-Ready Electronics and Timeless AestheticsThe 914e is equipped with the LR Baggs Element VTC pickup system, which expertly translates the guitar's natural acoustic warmth and detail when plugged in. Visually, the guitar is a masterpiece, with grained ivoroid binding, a Honduran rosewood and paua single-ring rosette, and stunning Mother-of-Pearl Continental inlays on the fretboard and peghead. The engraved ivoroid and tortoise pickguard and Gotoh 510 antique chrome tuners complete the look of a guitar that is as inspiring to behold as it is to play.Key reasons why your next instrument should come from Moore Guitars:- Moore Guitars is a Top 300 Seller by Reverb and a Top 100 Music Retailer by NAMM!
